RTT® is a clinical hypnotherapy-based approach, created by Marisa Peer, that blends subconscious exploration with principles drawn from neuroplasticity, CBT-style reframing, and NLP-based language work.

Belief Coding®

​

Belief Coding® is a science-backed modality created by Jessica Cunningham.
It integrates elements of psychology, NLP, CBT, EFT, meditation, matrix re-imprinting, emotion coding, kinesiology and energy-based techniques.
